A raccoon
visits my back garden in Austin Texas regularly.
It hasn't been possible to record a video
yet.
He eats dog food that I put out for him at night
time and always upsets the bird bath to get a drink.
He has delicate agile little forepaws.
Raccoons are widespread throughout southern
Canada to Central America. The scrub area behind my house is ideal for
their habitat. Adults measure twenty to thirty inches in length, and can
weigh up to thirty-five pounds.
Apparently he has a highly developed sense of
hearing, sight, touch and smell, as he likes the dog food.
