The Harmonic Minor Scale

This is the harmonic minor scale in the key of A minor.


Note that there is a G sharp going up the scale.

The G sharp is still there going down the scale.

The 6th note is not raised like it was in the melodic minor.

The 7th note is raised one semitone going up. The 7th note is the SAME going down the scale.
