This is the harmonic minor scale of D minor.

One flat in the key signature, like the relative major of F major.
It is written here with accidentals and no key signature at the beginning.
Note that F major has B flat in the key signature. As the 7th. note is raised in the harmonic minor scale,
the C becomes a C sharp.

Note that this has the same pattern as A harmonic minor.
